Brian Grady: Co-Owner/Advisor
With over twenty years of experience at the prep and NCAA levels as a coach and athletics administrator, Brian possesses a unique combination of recruitment knowledge of the prep, academy and junior landscapes, and coaching experience at the prep and NCAA Division 1 and Division 3 levels. A former student-athlete at Taft School and Hamilton College, Brian's experiences provide families with a wealth of knowledge and access to connections with coaches at the next level. Brian is located in Clinton, NY and works with families seeking opportunities at all levels of hockey:

Chris Baudo: Co-Owner/Boys' Prep Advisor
Chris brings almost two decades of boarding school experience as a Head Coach, Dean of Students and Assistant Head of School. Chris spent 15 years at The Gunnery (now The Frederick Gunn School) as an Admissions Director, Dean of Students, Assistant Head of School and Head Boys’ Hockey Coach. Chris works with families with boys looking at opportunities to advance to the academy or prep levels. Located in Rochester, NY, his years of experience provides families with an in-depth knowledge of what schools look for in their applicants, as well as the characteristics that make their child a great fit at a particular school or academy. Ryan Bailey: Partner/Advisor
Ryan brings over fifteen years of experience in coaching, recruiting, and evaluating talent to the Owl team. A MA native, Ryan attended The Lawrenceville School before a year with the Fargo Force in the USHL. He then played four years at Hamilton College, serving as Assistant Captain in 2003. Ryan lives in southern CT and brings a wealth of diversified experiences in prep school admissions work, teaching, coaching and recruiting. He spent six years between National Sports Academy and Northwood School in Lake Placid, NY, and has also served as a scout for the Green Bay Gamblers and the Fargo Force of the USHL:
